The Multiple Alternative Program (called MAP) was established in 1990 to meet the education and employment needs of out of school youth between the ages of 16 and 21. The program replaced the 70,001 program which served inner city youth since 1969.
In this program, youth who have officially withdrawn from high school can earn a high school diploma. There are two convenient locations:

Instruction in reading and math to enable students to prepare for High School Diploma.
Computer literacy training designed to increase proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and Internet usage.
Career pathway courses such as: keyboarding/typing, 10 key data entry, employability and work maturity skills, and other computer related applications for business.
